TBX fields allow you to annotate your terms in a standardized way. However, if you are looking for a more flexible way, you can use labels to add custom information to your data and define your validation process. For example, you can set up a term review and approval workflow when linguists feed the database with new entries: usefulness, creation date and status. At the end of a project, you can generate a report with all the labels to give detailed feedback to your linguists about the overall quality of their terminology work.
