Supplier groups are an easy way to group suppliers and services into categories. Groups allow for easy filtering of services. You can create groups based on your most-trusted translators and add them to these groups. You can group suppliers by task category (translation, revision, etc.), by preference, or domain, such as “Preferred translators”, “Certified translators”, or “Medical translators”. Supplier groups make it easier to assign jobs to multiple translators. When a supplier group receives a job proposal, the first user who accepts it can work on the assignment. The system automatically finds matching suppliers and their prices, as defined in the group.
