Using resource groups is much easier than manually selecting each translation memory or terminology database to be used for a client or project in the system. You can create a resource group for translation memories and terminology databases available within the system. The idea is that whenever you create a translation project for a specific domain/client/product, you simply select the related resource group. The system will automatically pre-translate the document(s) using the right resources.
