Create customized parsers for Microsoft Office file formats to include or exclude text for translation. Selecting color, and/or style in the text extraction rules used when preparing your documents for localization allows you to extract only certain parts of the file. For example, you might want to exclude red-colored annotations within legal documents from the translation. When you generate the translated file, you see the translated texts while the excluded text remains untouched.
