As soon as a new task is created, the system can automatically send job proposals to all workers eligible to perform it. They will be notified by email so that they can immediately accept the job or refuse it. The job will remain open until someone can take it. Once accepted, its status will change to In progress and the supplier who is working on it will be displayed next to the job.
