The system can automatically create invoices based on the word count and the relevant price list. Invoices can then be edited manually or automatically be sent when the project is complete. The system can synchronize the invoice and quote status. For example, when setting a job to ‘Proposal’, the related quote becomes ‘Quote sent’, and once the invoice is sent or paid, the job status is set to ‘Closed’. You can customize the layout and contents of invoices so as to adapt them to your needs and visual preferences.
