Dynamic supplier groups allow the system to automatically select suppliers based on a variety of criteria you have defined. The system can automatically send job proposals to these groups. Supplier users within the group are notified when new jobs are available, and the first who accepts the proposal gets to work on the job. It reduces work for project managers and increases automation in the translation workflow. With dynamic groups, you don’t need to manually select suppliers, the system does it for you and automatically updates your pool of vendors based on predefined criteria. These criteria include in-house vs. external profile, pricelist rating, working domain, company type, etc.
