You can customize the Order Forms to help your clients submit quick and pre-defined service requests via their Client Portal. You can, for example, create different forms for each service and workflow type: Translation only, Translation + Revision, Machine Translation. In addition, you can attach custom Word Count Profiles and pre-configured pricelists to your Order Form based on the services and language combinations your client is interested in. This will trigger the automatic calculation of costs, as well as the creation of quotes and invoices. A discount percentage for fuzzy matches, pre-translations and repetitions can be set as well. Finally, you can specify the document format profile, project type, job deadlines, and specify the workers’ access rights for the reference materials.
