Sarah joined Gameforge at a very early stage in 2006. Starting her work for the Community Management, she had her first experiences with localization. Building up the localization department and creating processes became more and more necessary, leading to a total of 17 translators and 4 localization managers working for her department. Working together on an international basis and with various cultures was and will always be challenging for her. 13 years working for Gameforge made it possible to acquire unique and profound knowledge when it comes to game localization and supporting the ambiance of each product by its text.
