Wordbee Asian expansion and other updates – Letter from the CEO
Dear clients and friends,
The first half of 2017 is already over, so we thought it’s time to share with you all the great things that have happened so far.
After a very fruitful 2016, this year started off just as great. Our first Wordbee Users Meeting in Amsterdam was a full success. With more than 60 attendees,
our clients had the opportunity to mingle and learn about each other’s projects. The feedback we received was highly positive which is why we are already looking into the planning of future events and can’t wait to see all your friendly faces there.
With the goal of expanding in the Asian region, the Wordbee delegates participated in the EU Business Avenue program in Singapore and Thailand. Not only were numerous business relationships established but we also got a chance to meet some of our clients to talk about their experience with Wordbee. The next stop of our trip was Hong-Kong and in this bustling city we found a growing community of business owners who are looking forward to further growth and international expansion.
While our sales team was making progress in Asia, our development team was working really hard in the Luxembourg headquarters. After an extensive implementation time, we were super excited when the beta version of our brand-new translation editor interface was finally launched in June. Lots of features have been implemented since then and we are still working full time on improving the user experience.
For 2017, we have set ourselves very ambitious goals in order to achieve success and progress. From what we have already accomplished in the first half of the year we can anticipate reaching all our targets and more. By hiring new talents on a regular basis, we manage to keep up with the enormous growth rate that we have been experiencing. Although we have an awesome team and great technology, without our clients we would not be where we are today. Therefore, we want to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust and support in Wordbee and are looking forward to many more years of successful collaboration.
