It is now possible to configure the project workflow to automatically assign a job to the client company of the project.

To do that, you just need to navigate to the “Workflow & Suppliers” page.

Then just choose the option “Automatically assign to client company” for the job which should be done by the client.

Those jobs will then be automatically sent to the client.

By default the notification is sent to contact person of the client company. If other users from that company need to receive that notification too, they simply need to tick the box shown below.

You can also use this option within workflow templates that you use for example with the new order form.
