When a supplier is assigned a job, the system can automatically calculate and create a quote. Once generated, it is available to managers and the supplier in charge. The quote is generated based on the price list already entered into the system and takes language pairings, the percentage of translation completed through pre-translation, and other variables into account. Users can download quotes in Excel or PDF format.
